总体职责 / Overall responsibilities
负责治疗质粒、病毒类产品理化分析方法的建立，优化及验证等工作。
详细职责 / Specific responsibilities
1. 设计，开发及建立质粒、慢病毒、及AAV等产品理化分析方法。
2. 执行分析方法优化、转移、验证及日常分析的工作。
3. 从事的分析技术包含但不局限于HPLC，动态光散色技术，差示扫描量热法，毛细管电泳分析，荧光检测等。
4. 协助工艺部门按时完成项目进度
5. 跟踪和掌握中国和国际上关于生物分析方法相关的法规和指南要求
6. 实验报告及药物分析部分申报材料的撰写
7. 遵守公司有关EHS的政策和规定，并完成EHS相关工作
任职资格 / Qualifications
学历要求 / Diploma MS. or BS. in Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Analytical Science/Biophysics.
药学，化学，分析，生物物理学等专业本科以上学历
语言要求 / Language Fluent reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English
具备较强的中英文阅读文献及书写报告的能力
工作经验 / Experience
· BS degree with a minimum of 2~3 years and MS degree with a minimum of 1~2 years of large Biomolecule analysis experience;
本科2~3年，硕士1~2年相关生物大分子分析经验
· Pharmaceutical analysis of biomolecules applying methodology like chromatography, CE or other physicochemical tests.
具有生物大分子药物分析的经验，如利用色谱分离，毛细管电泳分析，或者其它物理化学的方法对大分子进行定性和定量分析。
· Experience in analytical method development and/or troubleshooting investigations.
具有分析方法开发和解决实验问题的经验。
· Experience with GMP regulations.
熟悉GMP操作环境
技术技能 / Technology and Skills
1. Knowledge in protein structure of therapeutics, and various separation principles and detection systems for analytical equipment.
了解治疗性大分子的结构特征，且对各种分析仪器的分离原则及检测系统具有一定程度的认识。
2. Familiar with at least two physicochemical analytical equipment, such as HPLC, CE, CD, MS, FTIR，DLS, and DSC。Preferred with biophysical analysis quality.
熟练操作至少两种理化分析用到的仪器， 如高效液相，毛细管电泳，圆二色谱，质谱，动态光散射，热分析仪等。具有生物物理分析的能力会增加其竞争力。
3. Technical writing skills authoring development reports, SOPs, or other documents
撰写药物分析报告，SOPs及药物申报材料的能力
4. Proficient in current computer usage (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
熟练使用Word, Excel, Powerpoint等。
